  F&F is one of my favorite stores. They have a very wide selection of items for both people & pets and pricing is very reasonable. Excellent variety of work clothes, including footwear, tools, camping equipment, etc. Service is good, too, and the store is clean, well-arranged, with wide isles.

  Had a problem with a balancing issue on my right front tire on my car. Discount tire where I've been going for years was unfortunately closed on a Sunday. I was referred to Blaine's to help solve the problem. Store is clean and well stocked. The CSA Pedro who helped me was understanding and assured the issue would be fixed. Upon departure I noticed that my passenger rear tire felt unbalanced now, and have had the issue before a year ago. I came back and asked to have the rear passenger tire balanced where I was met by the tech that did the first job. He told me that the first wheel was only off by a bit and it was probably due to snow packed in the wheel, that I should go wash the car's wheel out, instead of paying the $15 for the service. I understood and still requested to have the rear wheel balanced. He sounded annoyed and made me feel like I was wasting his time replying " fine we'll take your $15" and walked off. In my job, if a guest requests a service, knowing full well what they want, unless there is a safety risk or can lead to future damage, we do what the guest wants, no exceptions, and we don't criticize or insult them. I expected Blaine's to have a better reputation based on being referred.
