  Stopped by this location to get my mom a phone for Christmas. Was helped by Sam the manager. First of all he was texting on his personal phone the entire time he was helping me. Not even making eye contact. I was tempted to walk out but I was there and wanted to get my mom her new phone. He passes me on to a different employee. Long story short they wheeled me into some promotion where I needed up leaving with stuff I didn't need. After calling t mobile I found out that the employees of that location did not give me the full details of this promotion . So I went back the next day to return this stuff and got the worst attitude from the so called manager Sam. I wanted to exchange the phone so he sent me to the location in stremwood because he "had no access" to exchange devices. Worst manager I've ever dealt with.
